REPRESENTATION IN ARCHITECTURE

New CDA hire & recent Penn State School of Architecture graduate, Darius Hopkins is featured in a Central Penn Business Journal article on diversity and inclusion in the architectural profession. Even in the relatively small Central PA market, CDA is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Chris Dawson, AIA served on the ACE Mentoring Board from 2007 until 2013 which was created specifically to expose women and minorities to opportunities for careers in the building industry. CDA not only believes that everyone deserves good architecture but that everyone deserves the opportunity to become an architect. We encourage and celebrate the contributions of those who bring diverse experiences, views, and needs into our design process as a vehicle for creating better architecture.
